Ingredients
- 3 Cans dry Italian break crumbs
- 1 Can chopped toasted pecans
- 1 Can shell macaroni
- 1 Can container pesto
- 1 Can old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 Can (beat and add 1 at a time)
- 1 Chopped onion
- 2 LBS Ground chuck
- 1 Pkg seeded and chopped
- 1 Pkg warm milk (not scalding hot)
- 2 Cups block of cream cheese
- * Sour cracker crumbs
- * Shredded fresh sweet basil if available, if not ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- * Tortilla or parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Brown ground chuck & drain
- Mix all ingredients together & cook until heated through
- (I love to throw mine in the crock pot in the morning & let it cook either 4 hrs on high or 8 hrs on low
- ) This is great served with sour cream &/or shredded cheese, tortilla chips or hot corn bread
