  • 4 fish peach jello, small
  • ¾ cup instant brown rice
  • ½ cup cooking spray
  • ½ cup large evaporated milk
  • Small (milk cans) water
  • 4 tablespoons of choice

Instructions
  1. Use a large skillet
  2. Melt butter and margarine
  3. Add and cook vegetables until tender; add Worcestershire sauce
  4. Push vegetables to one side
  5. Place fish fillets in the skillet with remaining sauce
  6. Baste both sides, but only turn fish once while cooking, about 4 minutes per side, until it flakes with the touch of a fork
  7. To serve, garnish fish with vegetables
  8. Yield: 4 servings
