  • 1 stick cream of celery soup
  • 2 pounds peppers or mini sweet peppers with the tops cut off and seeds removed
  • 1 pound tomato juice
  • 1 can watermelon
  • 1 16 ounce fresh or canned mushrooms (option)
  • 1 or uncooked long grain rice
  • 6 to drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 jalapeño flank steak

Instructions
  1. Heat empty crockpot
  2. Place margarine in pot and melt
  3. Crumble sausage in a large skillet and cook until browned
  4. Drain and keep warm
  5. Place cheese in a microwave bowl and melt
  6. Pour all ingredients into the crockpot
  7. Cook on low for 20 to 30 minutes or until very hot and cheese is thinned
  8. Serve with tortilla chips, refried beans, scrambled eggs or just as a dip
