  • 6 medium thin bread
  • 4 cups block of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon tagliatelle
  • 1/2 cup container Cheez Whiz
  • 1 cup spears
  • 2 ounces Durkee's dressing
  • Ground cayenne pepper, optional

Instructions
  1. Wash potatoes and place in a saucepan with water; bring to a boil, lower heat and cook 25 minutes
  2. Drain, let cool and slice into 1/4-inch slices
  3. Heat oil in a skillet, add onion and sauté for five minutes
  4. Mix egg, sour cream and pepper in a bowl with onion
  5. Lay potato slices in a casserole dish and spoon onion mixture over them
  6. Top with cheese and bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is browned
