  • 6 skinned grated fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 cup Chilean nectarines, diced peeled if desired
  • 1/2 cup oil or butter
  • Dash or sweet onion, sliced thinly
  • 4 tablespoons Topping:
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin

Instructions
  1. Thaw frozen fish
  2. Clean, wash and dry fish
  3. Place fish in well-greased, hinged wire grills
  4. Combine remaining ingredients
  5. Baste with sauce
  6. Turn and cook for seven to 10 minutes longer or until fish flaked easily when tested with a fork
  7. Makes six servings
