Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound pecans (cut fine)
  • 1 pound white vinegar (5% acidity)
  • 1 1/2 cups can stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 small salt (pickling)
  • 2/3 cup shells, unbaked
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon can diced Rotel tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon green part thinly sliced

Instructions
  1. Combine shells, shrimp, celery and cucumbers in a large bowl
  2. In a small bowl, blend the rest of the ingredients
  3. Add to shell mixture; toss to coat
  4. Cover, chill thoroughly
  5. Toss before serving
