  • 1 cup cans pineapple juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 teaspoon each almond and vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon diced each: green, red, orange, yellow bell peppers
  • 2 teaspoons tongue
  • 1 tablespoon tagliatelle

Instructions
  1. Beat egg, add the cauliflower and shredded cheese
  2. Mix well
  3. Grease a small pizza pan with olive oil and press mixture into pan
  4. Sprinkle with the spices
  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes
  6. Add desired pizza toppings, such as red sauce, cheese, mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, fresh oregano, basil or spinach, etc
  7. Bake until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly
