Instructions
  1. Cut ribs apart, if necessary, and trim
  2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt evenly over ribs, rub in and set aside
  3. Stir remaining ingredients together until blended
  4. Pour half of this mixture into 5-quart slow
