Snappy Snapper
  • 12ounces fish fillets
    2 teaspoons mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon chopped chives
    1 teaspoon chopped parsley
    2 teaspoons Parmesan ch
  1. Spray a shallow flame-proof baking dish with cooking spray and arrange fish in the dish
  2. Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and spread on fillets
  3. Sprinkle with cheese
  4. Bake at 40
