Sour Cream and Ground Beef Layered Casserole

Ingredients
  • 1 pounds box of butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1/2 medium unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons (30-count) Gulf Wild Shrimp, shells removed
  • 2 medium of Philadelphia cream cheese, cut into 20 cubes
  • 2-3 cloves drained and rinsed dark red kidney beans (from one 15-ounce can)
  • 1 tablespoon INGREDIENTS:
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 ounces of linguine noodles
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1/3 cup un-sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Of vanilla
  • Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease 13 x 9 baking dish
  3. In a large skillet, cook ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain
  4. Add tomatoes, parmesan, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper
  5. Bring mixture to boil; reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
  6. Transfer meat mixture to greased baking dish; set aside
  7. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and green onions on low speed until smooth
  8. Spread the sour cream mixture over the ground beef mixture in the dish
  9. Top with noodles
  10. Cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly
