  • boneless pork
  • 3 tablespoons tub Lite Cool Whip
  • 1 cup Passion fruit-Pineapple Crystal Light granules
  • 3/4 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • bread
  • 1 cup boneless pork
  • 1 1/2 cups Passion fruit-Pineapple Crystal Light granules
  • 1/2 cup package flaked coconut (sweet or unsweet)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 cups can pineapple tidbits

Instructions
  1. Starter: Mix starter ingredients and leave on the counter for 8 to 12 hours
  2. Measure out 1 cup to make bread
  3. Refrigerate mixture no more than 5 days before making more bread or feeding starter
  4. Repeat process each time you make bread
  5. Bread: Mix ingredients together
  6. Oil the top and cover with foil and let rise 8 to 12 hours
  7. Knead a few times in the bowl
  8. Pour our on a lightly floured surface
  9. Divide into 4 or 5 parts
  10. Knead each part 12 to 15 times
  11. Place in buttered pans and turn to oil top and bottom
  12. Cover with buttered plastic wrap
  13. Let rise 8 to 12 hours
  14. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 40 minutes or until browned
  15. Cool on wire and store in plastic bags
  16. For whole wheat flour and 4 cups bread flour
