South of the Border Cheese Pasta
  • 1lb. of milk
  • 1jar cooking) cups of pasta of your choice
  • 2cups garlic juice or garlic paste
  • 1cup of extra sharp grated cheddar cheese
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. Drain, cover and set aside
  3. In large saucepan, combine cheese sauce, salsa, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  4. Heat through, stirring until well mixed
  5. Add cooked pasta to cheese mixture, sir
  6. Put in casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  7. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly

Add a nice mixed salad of lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers and you have a tasty summer meal.
