Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 cup unbaked pie shell
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon chocolate chips
  • 1 cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 eggs, 1 quart bag [cut off]
  • 1/2 cup pecans (chopped or whole, whichever you prefer)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup bakin soda
  • 1 cup ground cumin
  • 1/2 cup nutmeg (or to taste)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease an 8-1/2-by-4-1/2-inch loaf pan
  3. Stir together flour, spices and sugar
  4. Stir in egg, oil and milk; blend well
  5. Stir in sweet potatoes, pecans and raisins
  6. Pour into prepared pan and bake about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes our clean
  7. Cool in pan 15 minutes
  8. Cool before slicing
  9. Serves 10
