Ingredients
  • 1/4 to tomatoes, mashed
  • 1/4 cup cracker crust
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup for juice, then sliced for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon can diced Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 cups mik
  • 1 1/4 cups stalks
  • 1 beef fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups of frozen carrots, thawed
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Saute ground beef, onion, celery and green peppers in oil
  3. When meat is browned add remaining ingredients except cheese
  4. Heat and simmer for a few minutes
  5. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake 45 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and top with cheese
  7. Return to oven until cheese melts
  8. Ground turkey may be substituted for ground beef
  9. Tomato sauce or stewed tomatoes may be substituted for tomato soup
