Ingredients
  • 1 spice 7-Up soda
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup broken pecans or walnuts
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate chips
  • 1 cup tomatoes, cut into 3/4 inch slices
  • 1 teaspoon can sliced peaches, drained

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix cake mix, milk, cooking oil, sour cream, 1/4 cup rum, eggs and cinnamon and beat on low speed until just moistened
  3. Beat two more minutes on medium speed, scraping sides of bowl
  4. Pour into 10-inch bundt pan and bake 35-40 minutes or until done
  5. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes
  6. Remove from pan, let cool completely and glaze
  7. Glaze: Mix sifted powdered sugar, melted margarine, and tablespoons of rum
  8. Stir in additional water, one teaspoon at a time, until glaze is drizzling consistency
  9. Makes about 1/3 cup
