  • 1 refrigerated onion chopped finely
  • 1 cup sugar or granulated sugar substitute
  • 1 cup chicken broth to soften and make corn bread soupy
  • 1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken, if desired
  • 1 cup package butter-flavored granules
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon box strawberry gelatin
  • 1/4 teaspoon white Chili seasoning

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Unfold the pie crust and place in a nine-inch, deep dish pie plate, pressing the crust firmly into the plate
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the pepper-jack cheese, Swiss cheese and roast beef; mix well and spoon into the pie crust
  4. Using the same bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients; pour over the roast beef and cheese mixture
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
  6. Cut into eight pie-shaped wedges and serve
