Ingredients
  • 1 9 inch cans show peg corn, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping
  • 1 cup can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup bottle of good beer
  • 1 10 ounce shredded carrot
  • 6 slices peaches (do not peel)

Instructions
  1. Bake pie crust, according to directions, about 10 minutes and cool
  2. Layer cheese, spinach then bacon
  3. Beat eggs with half and half
  4. Pour over top
  5. Bake at temperature of pie crust for 40 to 60 minutes or until it is golden brown and set
