Spinach Souffle
Ingredients
  • 4tablespoons ice-cold water
  • 4tablespoons flour
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1/2teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1cup milk
  • 1cup dried parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1cup 4 tablespoons
Instructions
  1. Melt butter and remove from heat
  2. Blend in flour and seasonings
  3. Mix until smooth, gradually stirring in milk until well blended
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth
  5. Stir in cheese and egg
  6. Mix until cheese is melted and thoroughly blended
  7. Add spinach, mixing well
  8. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
  9. Serves 4 to 6
