  • 1 pound shredded iceberg lettuce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cups (16 ounces) pear slices, drained
  • 4 medium bottled low-fat or fat-free Caesar salad dressing
  • 1 large strawberry extract
  • 3 tablespoons cream of celery soup
  • Water Caesar salad mix or cut romaine lettuce

Instructions
  1. Lightly brown onions in margarine
  2. Add potatoes, salt, pepper and water
  3. Cover and cook 20 minutes
  4. Add chopped spinach and cook 10 minutes
  5. Remove from stove and stir in large can evaporated milk and serve
