Ingredients
  • 2 cups chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can the Cabbage:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 carrot, butter, melted
  • Herb boxes cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1 small cooking spray

Instructions
  1. Mash squash in a bowl
  2. Add soup, sour cream, carrot, onion, salt and pepper
  3. Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray
  4. Cover bottom of dish with bread crumbs
  5. Add squash mixture
  6. cover with additional bread crumbs and dot with butter
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese
  9. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving
