Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pounds cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 package jars baby food plums with tapioca
  • 1 stick nutmeg or ground cloves
  • 1 small 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 or 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can the Cabbage:
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Cook squash and onions until tender
  2. Drain
  3. Stir half of the stuffing mix in melted oleo
  4. Sprinkle on bottom and side of casserole dish (reserving enough stuffing for topping)
  5. Mix remaining ingredients with squash and onions
  6. Pour into casserole dish and top with remaining stuffing
  7. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30-40 minutes
