Instructions
  1. Microwave butternut squash on high for 2 minutes
  2. When cool enough to handle, peel, seed and cube squash
  3. Pierce spaghetti squash with a knife
  4. Microwave on high for 8 to 9 minutes until slightly soft to touch
  5. Let stand 5 minutes then seed and remove pulp with a fork
  6. In a microwave 2-quart casserole dish, microwave on big for 5 minutes
  7. Stir in zucchini
  8. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes
  9. Drain thoroughly
  10. Add spaghetti squash and Walnut Pesto (recipe follows) to casserole, tossing well to coat
  11. Cover and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until heat through
  12. Makes 6 servings
