Instructions
  1. Mix first 4 ingredients
  2. Cover with ice cubes and let stand 1 hour
  3. Drain squash mixture and rinse well
  4. Mix remaining ingredients; bring to a boil
  5. Add squash mixture, return to boiling and cook 4 mi
