Ingredients
  • 5 pounds whites and 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large box Penne Rigate pasta, cooked, rinsed in cold water and drained
  • 1 large potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
  • 6 tablespoons salt
  • 2 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 3 1/2 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons chilled can chicken breast, drained
  • 1 tablespoon box strawberry gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg

Instructions
  1. Combine squash, onions and bell pepper; mix in salt and refrigerate overnight
  2. drain and rinse squash mixture and place in a non-aluminum pot with all remaining ingredients
  3. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes
  4. Refrigerate or seal in sterilized jars and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes
