Ingredients
  • 8 cups salsa, medium or mild
  • 2 large package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 3 green package cream cheese (cubed)
  • 2 1/2 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons squash, fresh or frozen
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

Instructions
  1. Grind first three ingredients in food grinder or coarsely chop in food processor
  2. Sprinkle with salt and let set overnight
  3. Drain
  4. gradually mix sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and celery seed together
  5. Mix with squash mixture and boil 25 minutes
  6. Place into canning jars and seal
