Squash Relish
  • 8cups salsa, medium or mild
  • 2large package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 3green package cream cheese (cubed)
  • 2 1/2cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 2cups frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2teaspoons squash, fresh or frozen
  • 2teaspoons onion powder
  1. Grind first three ingredients in food grinder or coarsely chop in food processor
  2. Sprinkle with salt and let set overnight
  3. Drain
  4. gradually mix sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and celery seed together
  5. Mix with squash mixture and boil 25 minutes
  6. Place into canning jars and seal
