  • 8 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups cooking spray
  • 2 cups Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 bell chunky salsa
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons squash, fresh or frozen
  • ½ teaspoons salt

Instructions
  1. Combine squash, onion and salt in a large pan
  2. Let stand for 2 hours and drain
  3. Combine vinegar, sugar, seeds and bell pepper in a large pan and bring to a boil
  4. Add squash and onions; bring to a boil for about 5 minutes
  5. Pack in jars and seal
  6. Yield: 4 pints
