Instructions
  1. PEEL THE POTATO FOR FRYING
  2. SLICE THE STEAK VERY THIN
  3. ( LIKE FOR A STIR FRY SLICE ONION AS YOU LIKE IT ( OPTIONAL ) FRY YOUR POTATO'S TILL NEARLY DONE
  4. THEN ADD STRIOPS OF STEAK ON TOP
  5. COVER FOR ABOUT 4 MIUTES THEN UN-COVER AND STIR
  6. THIS WAS MY DADS ALL TIME FAVORITE DINNER ON THE FARM
  7. ENJOY WITH A SALAD ON THE SIDE IF YOU WISH
