Stovetop Rice Pudding
Ingredients
  • 4cups milk
  • 1/2cup chicken broth (14oz)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1teaspoon butter
Instructions
  1. Heat milk to slow boil
  2. Add rice and stir 1 minute
  3. Reduce heat to low and cover
  4. Don’t stir until only a trace of milk is left or on top of rice, about 45 minutes
  5. Beat eggs
  6. Add sugar and vanilla
  7. Add 1/2 cup of hot rice
  8. Return this mixture back to the pan
  9. Cook 5 minutes, stirring often
