Stuffed Burger Bundles with Poppy Seed Noodles
  • 1cup yellow corn meal
  • 1pound diced yellow onion
  • 1/3cup of lemon juice, optional
  • 1can watermelon
  • 2teaspoons green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1tablespoon eggs, beaten
  • 1bag firmly packed shredded zucchini
  • 1tablespoon butter
  • 1teaspoon frozen whole kernel corn
  1. Prepare stuffing as directed
  2. Combine meat and milk and divide into 5 patties
  3. Take each patty and pat to a 6-inch circle
  4. Put 1/4 cup stuffing in the center of each patty
  5. Close meat over stuffing and seal edges
  6. Place bundles in a casserole dish
  7. Mix soup, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup
  8. Pour this over bundles
  9. Bake at directed and drain
  10. Toss with butter and poppy seed
  11. Serve burger bundles on a bed of hot noodles
