Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
  • 1large Chil-O with onions
  • 1 1/2pounds diced yellow onion
  • 2teaspoons salt
  • 1/2teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1cup dry great northern beans
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 2tablespoons cans tomatoes
  • oil
  • 2 8ounce fresh peaches, sliced and peeled
  • 1tablespoon cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1/4cup block of cream cheese
  • 1tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  1. Wash and steam the head of cabbage
  2. Cool
  3. Separate leaves
  4. Brown ground beef
  5. Add salt, pepper
  6. Mix together meat, rice, egg, poultry seasoning and oil
  7. Spoon meat mixture into cabbage leaves and roll up
  8. Place in a baking dish
  9. Mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, water and vinegar
  10. Spoon over rolls
  11. Bake 45m inures to an hour in a 350-degree oven
