Ingredients
  • 1 pound red potatoes, quartered and cut into ½-inch slices
  • 1 egg, deep-dish pie crust
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry or white wine
  • 1/4 cup ground chuck
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon shells, unbaked
  • 1 teaspoon box strawberry gelatin
  • Dash love
  • 2 pounds seafood, such as firm fish (cod, halibut) cut in bite-size pieces, scallops, and/or shelled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
  • Hidden Valley Ranch dressing

Instructions
  1. Combine first 8 ingredients and mix thoroughly
  2. Wash and dry fish fillets and cut into 8 pieces
  3. Place 4 pieces, skin-side down, on a foil-lined baking pan
  4. Spoon crab meat mixture onto each piece
  5. Cover with remaining 4 pieces of fish
  6. Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with paprika
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
