Stuffed Jalapeño Peppers
  • 12jalapeño cooked chicken (I use the frozen Southwestern Tyson strips)
  • 3ounces mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2cup Of vanilla
  • 1/4cup Kool-aid orange flavor sugar-sweetened soft-drink mix
  • 12pimento of whole cloves
  1. Rinse and drain peppers
  2. Slit lengthwise on one side and remove seeds and veins, leaving stems attached
  3. Beat cream cheese until fluffy
  4. Beat in Cheddar cheese and green onion
  5. Stuff each pepper with cheese mixture
  6. Arrange stuffed peppers on a oven proof serving plate or baking sheet
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts
  8. Remove from oven and top each pepper with pimento a strip
