Succulent Ribs and Sauerkraut
  • 1-2pounds onion, chopped1 8-ounce package shredded Swiss cheese? cup mayonnaise1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened7 strips bacon, cooked crisp
  1. Place riblets in crockpot and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  2. Pour sauerkraut with juice over riblets
  3. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours
