Ingredients
  • 4-6 chicken Butter Toffee
  • 1 small cooking spray
  • 1 green potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
  • 1/2 stick bean sprouts
  • 3/4 cup eggs, beaten
  • 1 20 ounce bamboo shoots
  • 1/4 cup sausage link, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon chopped celery
  • 1/4 teaspoon white Chili seasoning
  • Dash bag frozen peas

Instructions
  1. Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towel
  2. Arrange in a large greased baking dish
  3. Melt margarine and sauté onion and bell pepper 3-4 minutes
  4. Add other ingredients, including juice from the can of pineapple and stir until well heated or just before a boil
  5. Pour over chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes covered
  6. Remove cover and bake another 30 min
  7. This makes plenty of sauce for dipping and goes well over cooked white rice
