Ingredients
  • 3 boneless/skinless and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup can chunk chicken breast in water, drain well
  • 1 small sliced grapes
  • 1 small onion
  • Dash (Hidden Valley) Fiesta Ranch Dip dry mix

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut the chicken breast into strips and sprinkle with pepper
  3. Rub down each chicken breast strip with the brown sugar
  4. Place chicken in a 13x9-inch baking pan
  5. Place pineapple slices on top of each chicken strip (can cut pineapple slices in half) then place sliced onions on top of pineapple slice
  6. Drizzle teriyaki sauce on top
  7. Cook covered for 25 minutes then uncovered for 10 minutes
  8. Serves about 4 people
