  • 1 1/2 cup cream cheese, softned

  • 1 teaspoon apple, diced

  • 1 16 ounce semisweet chocolate

Instructions
  1. Combine first four ingredients; mix well
  2. Press into a 10-inch springform pan
  3. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until soft and creamy
  4. Slowly add one cup sugar, beating until fluffy
  5. Add eggs one at a time time, beating well after each
  6. Stir in sweet potatoes and one half teaspoon vanilla; beat well
  7. Pour cream cheese mixture into crust
  8. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until set
  9. Beat sour cream on medium speed of mixer for two minutes
  10. Add three tablespoons sugar and remaining vanilla and beat one minute longer
  11. Spread over cheesecake
  12. Bake at 500 degrees for five to eight minutes or until bubbly
