  • 1 1/2 pounds diced yellow onion
  • 1 medium box strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 cup crisp fried garlic
  • 15 ounce fresh peaches, sliced and peeled
  • 1 cup nonfat lemon yogurt
  • Tortilla apple pie spice

  • 1 package seeded and chopped
  • 1 can room temp.
  • 1 cup shell macaroni
  • Grated cheese

Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef and onions; drain
  2. Also drain carrots and kidney beans
  3. Mix all ingredients in a crockpot
  4. Cook for 1 1/2 hours
  5. Serve with grated cheese and tortilla chips
  6. You may also garnish with sour cream
