Instructions
  1. Cut tomatoes in half and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees
  2. Cook spinach in 1⁄4 cup water until tender; drain (save broth in freezer for bouillon)
  3. Blend spinach with butter, nutmeg and seasonings
