  • 2 pounds onion (about 1 ½ cups), chopped
  • ½ pound of white vinegar (5 percent acidity)
  • 2 cups fresh chives, chopped
  • ½ medium low-fat cream cheese
  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup shells, unbaked
  • ½ cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Instructions
  1. In large salad bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion
  2. In separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients
  3. Add dressing to salad and toss
