  • 1 cup 4 chicken breasts, boiled and boned
  • 2 cups block of cream cheese
  • 1 can baking soda or baking powder
  • 1 cup coconut Assorted candies
  • 2 bananas, Cool Whip, defrosted
  • 1/2 cup can Rotel tomatoes

Instructions
  1. In a microwave safe dish cook rice and water for approximately 30 minutes on the low setting
  2. Rice should be done and fluffy
  3. Cool for 5 minutes longer if not done, as microwave will vary
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, coconut and sliced bananas
  5. Add milk if needed to get proper consistency
  6. Pudding should be moist but not soupy
  7. Chill for several hours or overnight
  8. Serve with whipped topping or plain
  9. Makes 6 generous servings
