Tuna Patties
  • 1can the Cabbage:
  • 2 7ounce oil, for deep-frying
  • 1/2cup red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1egg, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2tablespoons ice-cold water
  • 3/4cup milk
  1. Mix 1/2 cup soup, tuna, cornmeal, egg and onion
  2. Shape into 6 patties
  3. Brown patties in buttered skillet; remove patties
  4. Stir remaining soup and milk into drippings and stir until well heated and bubbling
  5. Add patties, heat together then serve
