Ingredients
  • 1 large sweet potatoes or yams
  • 1 can cinnamon candies
  • 1 large (two bunches, depending on size)
  • 2 cups bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup pretzels, broken in half
  • 2 cups square graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
  • with chicken bouillon granules (or two cubes)
  • 4 eggs
  • Broth raw cranberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
  1. Cook celery and onions in skillet with broth and two tablespoons butter until tender
  2. Crumble corn bread, biscuits and toast, add eggs and mix
  3. Place in pan, pour turkey drippings on top
  4. This makes enough to serve 35 so you'll need two large pans
  5. Dressing can be baked at this point, but it's really better if frozen before baking
  6. Bake at 400 degrees 30-45 minutes until brown
