Instructions
  1. Drain pineapple; reserve juice
  2. add reserved juice with water to make four and one-half cups
  3. Pour one-half liquid in a six-cup mold; arrange pineapple in liquid
  4. Freeze two hours or until solid
  5. Pour remaining liquid into mold
  6. Freeze overnight
  7. Stir together pineapple juice, orange juice and soda in a large punch bowl; set aside
  8. Unmold, by dipping into warm water for few seconds
  9. Invert mold; gently shake to release ice mold
  10. Serve
