  • 1/2- 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1/4 cup celery seed
  • 12 ounce vegetable oil (Crisco works best)
  • 1 recipe (4-ounce) Lemon Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling

Instructions
  1. Combine ground beef, onion, salt, chili powder and catsup in deep 10-inch iron skillet
  2. Cook until beef is crumbly and no longer pink
  3. Drain and push beef mixture to edge or skillet, forming a ring
  4. Pour corn in the center of the ring
  5. Set aside and mix cornbread batter for topping
