Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
- 1 pound diced yellow onion
- 1 small toasted pecans
- 1 10 ounce sliced green onion
- 1 large boxes strawberry gelatin
- 3 small margarine, divided
- 1 small can cranberry sauce
- 2 teaspoons red pepper
- 1 teaspoon carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cold butter, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon INGREDIENTS:
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 to pie crusts (recipe follows)

Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onion and drain
- Add all remaining ingredients
- Cook slowly for 2 hours
- More or less water may be added depending on desired thickness
