Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons button or baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons 2 smaller squash
  • 1 tomato caramel, melted and divided
  • 3/4 cup Thin sliced lunch meat
  • 1/2 cup (16 ounces) red kidney beans, drained
  • 1/3 cup (6 ounces) shredded Jarlsberg,
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup 3 pound) spaghetti squash,
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water
  2. Add boiling water, stirring until gelatin dissolves
  3. cool
  4. Drain vegetables on paper towels and set aside
  5. Combine mayonnaise and salt
  6. Fold in gelatin mixture
  7. Gently stir in vegetables
  8. Chill before serving on bread
