Vegetable Sandwich Spread
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2teaspoons cloves garlic
  • 2tablespoons button or baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 2tablespoons 2 smaller squash
  • 1tomato caramel, melted and divided
  • 3/4cup Thin sliced lunch meat
  • 1/2cup (16 ounces) red kidney beans, drained
  • 1/3cup (6 ounces) shredded Jarlsberg,
  • 1/3cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 1/2cup 3 pound) spaghetti squash,
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Soften unflavored gelatin in cold water
  2. Add boiling water, stirring until gelatin dissolves
  3. cool
  4. Drain vegetables on paper towels and set aside
  5. Combine mayonnaise and salt
  6. Fold in gelatin mixture
  7. Gently stir in vegetables
  8. Chill before serving on bread
