Ingredients
  • 1 pound but good: Teddy Grahams, M&Ms
  • 1 small fully cooked ham, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1 small red candied cherries (cut in half)
  • 1⁄2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves (12 oz.) salted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon can diced Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon white Chili seasoning
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate squares

Instructions
  1. Rub seasoned salt and pepper on roast
  2. Place in crockpot
  3. Cover with onion and pepper rings, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, coffee and enough water to completely cover roast
  4. Cook on low heat 6-8 hrs
  5. or overnight
  6. It will be fork tender
  7. Serve as beef
  8. Tender enough for barbecued sandwiches
