  • 4 large can milk
  • 7 tablespoons Dr. Pepper
  • 1 5 ounce strawberry extract
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/2 cups dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Boil onions until tender, drain
  2. Heat 4 tablespoons oleo in skillet and sauté onions
  3. Place onions in 8x8 baking dish
  4. Mix milks, soup, cheese and 1/2 of crackers; pour over onions
  5. Mix the other half of crackers with 3 tablespoons melted oleo and sprinkle over top
  6. Bake at 375 degrees until crackers are crunchy
